The hotel itself is not kept. The hallways are dirty - not only the carpet itself but littered with garbage. Our room had the previous stayers take out food containers with leftover smelly food in them, IN A DRAWER! The bathtub had leftover pubic hair all in the bottom. Not what I’d expect when paying $187 Canadian funds per night! Terrible.

Liked: The issues that we experienced were really out of the hotels control. I come to this hotel twice every year and I will continue.

Liked: Good value for the money would be nice if breakfast opened at 6 versus 630 for people that have to work a little bit earlier. Finding the elevator was a little bit confusing because the arrows pointed down almost like you needed to go downstairs when it actually was in a corner hiding.

Disliked: Bed sheets were not replace and it smells unwash. Room assignments is ridiculous, my friend was assigned to an iccupied room, they were transferred to a different room after 40min but then another guests knocked and tried to enter with the same key cards (twice incident).

One expensive trip

Liked: The breakfast was the best part of the experience. They have a great free breakfast.
Disliked: I was overcharged 179.00 that includes an entire night stay I was charged a day after we checked out. And I was charged 3 extra 25 dollar security deposits. When I comforted the hotel I was yelled at told I had to wait 7-10 days before they would even discuss the issue with me. When I pressed the issue I was yelled at and hung up on. I was in no means argumentative I was almost in tears. It’s been awhile since I have been treated this poorly period let alone by a business. I will never stay here again.

Disliked: Well first off room we were in was suppose to be pet friendly but it was filthy and dusty no view outside the window was to the lobby so was annoying cause people were in and out at times and outside our door was like stairs and a door so our pup barked a lot cause noisy then pool area the stairs to slide was rusty and sketchy it was bad !!!
