Liked: Check-in and out were super easy. The on-site breakfast was delicious, and the pool was so fun! The rooms are super clean and spacious.
Disliked: I used the texting service to request more towels and, unfortunately, did not receive the towels or a response.

Liked: The location was suitable and the staff was nice
Disliked: The chair in my room was so stained. It looked like pee. The bathroom door was loose from the hinge. You had to push the door up in order to close it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The walls in the hotel were peeling. It smell like smoke constantly there was people drinking alcohol at the pool and getting rowdy where I had to take my girls away from the pool and the staff really did nothing about that because they don’t monitor those situations. Both ice machines on my floor were broken. We had to go downstairs if we needed ice. and when I asked for extra towels, they told me we couldn’t have extra towels, even though they only gave us two in each room for four people staying in each room.
