Liked: Just enjoy our over all stay was very nice and clean..
Disliked: Clean, comfortable, plenty towels and like the shower glass doors are nice. And how the soap is there.

Megan was the best part...

Liked: the room was clean but dated. Megan was pleasant and kind. Close proximity to several restaurants. The bed was comfortable. I'm running out of nice things to say.
Disliked: First and foremost, Charging an ELITE rewards member a 70.00 deposit hold despite politely asking the desk clerk to call the GM for a waive for me as I stay in hotels almost 7 days a week and it takes 10-12 business days AT LEAST to get the money available on my debit card. This courtesy that is extended to me by every hotel chain in the country, was denied and the clerk was told to tell me it was hotel "policy". I've been in the industry, as well as being someone who spends ten's of thousands on hotels yearly, and 99.9 percent of the time the deposit is waived for me when i explain how it severely negatively impacts me. So much so that due to their deposit, I was unable to eat at the airport where I was for 8 hours waiting for a flight. I am advanced a specific amount for my work travel, and the deposit took my 80 dollar hotel night and turned it into a 150.00 hotel night until 2 weeks from now when the money is returned. I offered to pay cash for the deposit, but they don't take CASH... that is UNLESS you are purchasing anything from the store in which they ONLY take cash. Kinda weird huh? Moral of the story is I wouldn't stay here again if the deposit is still going to be charged despite my ELITE rewards status.

Liked: I didn't care for this hotel. I probably would not stay again. The only thing I liked was location.
Disliked: No hot water. Probably everything.
