Liked: It was filthy from the hallway to the room. Stains on the sheets and on the rug. Bathroom smelled horrible. It was the worst place I have ever stayed at.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The facility is an old one in need of renovation. There was a strange odor in the hallway as we entered. Our room showed visible signs of age with an odd area of red paint in one corner. It was the bathroom that left alot to be desired, it needed a good scrub down from floor to ceiling. The grout around the tub appeared to have mold on it and there were dirty marks in the bathtub itself. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have had a leak repaired and repainted but there appeared to be mold there also. We weren't sure if the room had been cleaned properly as there was an empty soda bottle in one of the trash cans which had no plastic bag in it. The towels we hung over the rails instead of being folded nicely in a pile ant the toilet seat was in an upright position instead of being closed.

Seems like water downed and tasteless.The waffle batter was not very good. The waffle were inedible.One bagel, bread for toast looked sad. Looked old and there was like 3 slices out.Don't book a stay unless you don't eat breakfast.

Disliked: Stain on carpet on front of TV. Room 107. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Toilet paper roller in bad shape. Door doesn’t close properly. Huge gap between the entry door and the wall. Poor breakfast. Eggs cold and sausage overcooked.

Liked: Staff was great. First assigned room was obviously smoked in at some point; the smoke smell was strong. I rejected the room and was assigned another and that room was fine. Breakfast was good. The coffee was weak, but everything else was OK.
Disliked: Room 118. The toilet, when flushed sounded like an F-16 departing with full afterburner. Something need to be done about it, the refilling process sound is not pleasant at all.The circulation fan on the heater/air conditioner never shuts off for more than a few seconds. It needs some maintenance attention. This is not normal. Also, a cold breeze could be felt under the unit. Better insulation is required. The carpet had some stain spots that could be corrected.
