Disliked: Check in staff could’ve been a little happier, friendlier vending machines could have some repairs done on them update on their website as to where vending machines are located indicated several floor there was none would have been nice to have the restaurant open apparently supposedly under renovation

Disliked: Front desk staff not very friendly, housekeeping staff were really nice

Good for the price.

Liked: Room was quiet. I wasn’t woken up early by house cleaning in the hallways like in most hotels
Disliked: It is obviously old. Even though the floors had no smoking signs they still smelt like smoke, as did the rooms. It could use a wall/carpet update!

The Room smelt very bad....

Disliked: The room smelt bad. We couldn’t take the smell after a short while so we just left the hotel and stayed elsewhere that night.

Poor

Disliked: I was charged for a late check out. I have never been charged for a late check out at any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Will not stay at this hotel again
