Not satisfied

Liked: They actually have smoking rooms
Disliked: The staff Is very snappy, the room wasn't clean, bathroom had a leaky floor and it's worst after you shower ,my girlfriend fell coming out the shower and hurt her arm , I went down to the lobby to let a person, it was a guy there and I told him and he was very rude towards me and I kindly asked him after informing him the situation that just occurred that is there any way I can get a refund because I'm checking out due to an emergency that happened on the property and I paid and added insurance then when I called back to the hotel the guy "Steve" isn't there and he be back in the morning then when I contacted a booking assistant the person I spoke to called me a liar saying I didn't report the leaky bathroom when I did and its on camera, they need better customer service and fast , the wifi also goes in and out as well and central air was broken as well it was stuck on auto heat so the room was warm and cold and the room phone wasn't plugged in the wall.And on he website it says breakfast included and it's not , they say the hotel has a gym and it doesn't .
