Disliked: Hotel in need of remodel

Great hotel

Liked: Rooms were comfy and water was hot. The hotel is quiet.
Disliked: Lots of homeless in the area. We were very concerned about our vehicle. The property employees don't seem to do much about the homeless digging through trash or walking into the hotel and walking up and down the hallways. I fully understand it is a warm, dry place to escape during the winter but most of the people we saw were high. Our hearts go out to people but I don't like stressing when I'm trying to relax on vacation.

Liked: Beds and bedrooms decent...Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean and well stocked..
Disliked: The fact I had to do laundry for Thanksgiving and there dryer or washer was out of order...The pool was closed that made us upset because I like the price and that's why I picked that hotel..I changed my hotel from one other hotel because it didn't have a pool, and the Ramada had a pool and didn't say it was closed on the website..
