Disliked: The quality of rooms for price.

Everything was very good excuse...

Liked: The staff in the bar were amazing and very attentive. Very gracious and friendly. The breakfast staff at the restaurant were unavailable. People were waiting for a period of time to have someone from the kitties come out so they could request an omelet. The waiter disappeared while we were having breakfast. It was especially heartbreaking to see one of our military personnel waiting for a long while to be served. He eventually got up from his table and poured himself his own coffee and water. Very very disappointing.

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: The room was visibly dirty. The bathroom was not clean and the sheets were dirty(hairs on sheets and pillows). We had to ask for clean sets and were given the incorrect size and had to wait even longer for the correct size. You can tell it’s just surface wiped, has barely been vacuumed(dirt, dust, hairs, crumbs everywhere). The actual hotel needs renovating, considering it’s more expensive than lower star hotels that look more renovated. Carpet was super gross, should really think about replacing with hard floors.

Liked: I love that the room was clean and a little spacious it was also equipped with things we needed as well as the outside at the pool and bar. The room had a lot of comfort.
Disliked: It wasn't anything we didn't like because the setting made it great.

Liked: Oh, the breakfast was wonderful, so were the free beers and the lounge. We had an interior room and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I love the pool area and can't wait to come during warmer weather.
Disliked: Parking was tight when during mealtimes at lunch.
