The worst experience I’ve ever...

Liked: It was a nice location to get to work.
Disliked: It wasn’t very clean. The staff wasn’t very polite and I got charged twice for my stay.

COULDVE BEEN BETTER

Liked: The staff were horrible ! The refrigerator was filthy. I asked for an extended hour stay and then told me NO. Also arrived an hr early and the room wasn't ready yet.

Please improve the breakfast selections

Liked: It was close to our sporting event
Disliked: Only 1 elevator worked

smells bad, not worth coming...

My stay was terrible and...

Liked: First off I booked for a room that should have two double beds for some reason they said that they were our room got gave in away and they put us in a king room and it was four of us and they said that happens when you book with off sites like booking they say there's certain rooms that are available and they couldn't even give us a rollaway bed because they didn't have any only one elevator worked The lady that works night shift in the front desk was very rude when I called she would kept hanging up on me but I would never stay there again the facility was dirty breakfast was terrible.
Disliked: I liked nothing about the hotel it was a great location but other than that hotel was dirty customer service was not nice

Pleasant

Liked: No carpet, bed had mattress on metal, the shower was Luke warm( sucked) that is it won't stay there again

Spend a few extra $$...

Liked: Room was dirty, everything needed to be wiped down. Could hear neighbors in next room, asked for a room change was told no. Breakfast was not desirable either.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: Very convenient to everything. Easily accessible from the highway.
Disliked: Beds were a little stiff for our liking.
