Average hotel, but very friendly staff, who made our stay all the more pleasant!

Liked: Liked that it had a pool and hot tub.
Disliked: The cleanliness was horrible. There were 5 long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Looked like nose pickings on the wall. There were stains on the sheets. The floor had never been cleaned. Table tops not wiped. Large amounts of mold on wall behind the door. Air conditioning/heating not working. No lock on the ground floor window. Only a stick holding it closed. Hottub was not hot. Pool was hotter then hot tub. And lots of huge sized rats running around the parking lot. Also loud people out or windows till early morning hours.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and nice big windows.
Disliked: Sticky floors at the bottom of bed. Noticing dried brown stuff when sitting down on toilet seat. Black mold in the shower was gross too. Oh and a few hairs also indicated the shower hadn't been cleaned either.
