Terrible all the way around.

Disliked: Hotel had no hot water for showering. And refused to refund my money. Phones in room didn’t work so I had to continually walk to front desk to ask when the hot water would return. Kept being told boiler is lighting but since they had a sellout due to Ohio state football game the boiler couldn’t keep up.

Liked: Nothing the place was nasty and roach infested.
Disliked: Everything staff, service, dirty. Roach infested.
