They charged my card, wouldn't let me stay. Booking.com is a joke. The guy at the desk didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Just save your time and call a different hotel.

Great hotel for the price with clean breakfast area. Modern appointments in room. Night manager quickly remedied a problem with noisy guests at 3a.m. Close to highways.

Liked: Very nice! Clean with newer appointments.
Disliked: Bathroom tub area could use a little TLC.

For the price (around $60.00 with taxes/fees) the room was more than I had expected. Very clean and had a fridge, microwave, etc. Will definitely be staying there again!

Disliked: Pillows were very flat and only 3 in the king size bed.

Liked: Hot tub in the room was great. Staff were friendly. Room was decently clean.
Disliked: The night shift never checked us in after the system came back online, so it says we skipped our reservation. He also could not find our reservation/key for at least 10 minutes even after me calling twice the day our reservation started to ensure we were okay to check in at 2-3 AM that night.

Liked: comfortable bed and bedding. Ability to plug into lamp base for my phone cord. nice toiletries. Close to grocery store and shopping area, restaurants, easy highway access. Front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: the refrigerator froze everything--I didn't check to see if I could adjust it before I put in my food. Other than that, it was great.

Liked: Room was as clean as Stony Creek. Friendly staff. Cheap place to stay in Columbia. Pet friendly.
Disliked: No hot water on Saturday morning because staff was using it all to do laundry. Take your shower before 7am!! Place is generally dirty. The homeless hanging around the hotel was unsettling especially the one sitting inside the hotel stairwell. Toilet seat was installed wrong and would not stay up. Bathroom was nasty. We have stayed there in the past and it is getting really run down. We won't be back.

Excellent value

Liked: The Ramada is clean, comfortable and relatively quiet, as well as being excellent value for money. It's in the middle of a highway intersection so can be a little tricky to navigate in and out of at first but it's very convenient for downtown Columbia.
