All in all, a clean, well run and attractive hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast and well staffed.
Liked: Very clean and pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Pool looked a bit dirty.

Lobby was dirty and had no AC. Guy at the front desk was very rude and said they never should of booked us a room because they don't usually book to Brevard residents. Why they would not want to book with locals is beyond me. So we left! The room was already paid for - I am now trying to get my money back.
Disliked: Horrible!

Didn’t like the stay at...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was dirty. There was dead bugs and spiderwebs all down the headboards and in the windows. Floor was dirty and stains on roof. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the tv kept freezing. The bathroom toilet was not secured to the floor so it moved every time you flushed it, and it leaked. There was rust stains all through the tub and on the shower head. The gas drum was outside my room door and banged really loud all night long could barely get any sleep

Low price but filthy floor
Liked: Staff were pleasant and the rooms had been renovated within the last year.
Disliked: The room was filthy- the floor had clearly not been cleaned at all and was covered in long hairs. I didn't see anyone cleaning rooms while we were there which explains why they are so dirty. The toilet roll holder had fallen off the wall and the cabinets around the TV were being held together with masking tape. The motel had many vacant rooms, but we were put next to a young family with a connecting door which meant we were frequently disturbed by noise. Seemed unecessary given how many empty rooms there were.
