All in all, a clean, well run and attractive hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast and well staffed.

Liked: Very clean and pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Pool looked a bit dirty.

Lobby was dirty and had no AC. Guy at the front desk was very rude and said they never should of booked us a room because they don't usually book to Brevard residents. Why they would not want to book with locals is beyond me. So we left! The room was already paid for - I am now trying to get my money back.

Liked: Room was somewhat cleanTV and fridge worked well
Disliked: The pool was freezing, had no heat whatsoever. The shower was the same it took about 5 mins just to get to lukewarm water very unpleasant. There was a few roaches by the bed but other than that it was fairly clean. We were told NOT to bring our breakfast back to the room to minimize the trash in the room but they have a fridge and microwave so I'm not sure why bringing the food back was a problem. The breakfast was very simple only had waffles toast and eggs no meat. They need to make some small repairs in the rooms as the baseboard was coming off the paint on the doors were peeling and they were very strict on the no smoking policy they require a 150$ deposit cash or card and they will check the room to see if you smoked which is pretty excessive for a run down motel. I also had to move the microwave to the other side of the room as they only had plugs for TV and fridge so I guess u have to choose between the 2.The staff were very unwelcoming and argumentative

Liked: It was just ok. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: That it smelled like I was at a crack motel. My room smelled like someone had been doing drugs in it. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and trim was falling off the wall in the room. I couldn’t walk outside without covering my face thanks to all the drugs being smoked all around us.

Horrible place to stay

Liked: I liked the fact that it did not have bed bugs.
Disliked: Everything else. I should’ve known it would look poorly because of the price. The bathroom looked nasty, the power cut off on one wall, there was only two working outlets with too many things to plug up, the microwave also when out and could not be replaced because maintenance had left for the day. Ended up having to go all the way to the front lobby to warm up dinner. Was highly unsatisfied and will never return I also would not recommend!!
