All in all, a clean, well run and attractive hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast and well staffed.

Liked: Very clean and pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Pool looked a bit dirty.

Lobby was dirty and had no AC. Guy at the front desk was very rude and said they never should of booked us a room because they don't usually book to Brevard residents. Why they would not want to book with locals is beyond me. So we left! The room was already paid for - I am now trying to get my money back.

Disliked: I drove from Canada to this filthy place. Bed sheets dirty and stained (pictures available) spider crawling on bed (video available). Had to book another hotel. It's been over a month and I'm still fighting for my refund. NOT recommended STAY AWAY!

No Frills Hotel Which Served...

Liked: Check in was quick and efficient. The pool was nice and very clean. The room had a very large refrigerator which was helpful.
Disliked: The room was generally clean, but tiny bugs were crawling on the hard surfaces. When the fan in the bathroom was not running, a strong smell of cigarettes (smoke free hotel) was present. They had breakfast but with no variety from day to day. There is no closet so minimal place to hang clothes, no safe and the microwave table did not go around. The bed was comfortable but VERY squeaky. We weren't in the room a lot, so the problems were annoying but not awful. This place has seen better days.
