The hotel was great for...

Liked: Breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The thermostat was confusing. Even when it was "off" the heater kept blowing out cold air.

Liked: how well built the building was. we did not hear guests in their rooms talking while we walked down the hall. LOVED the games rooms!!!

Liked: Breakfast, rooms were clean, and it is newly renovated
Disliked: A very abrupt, front desk person when asked if we could check in a couple of hours early. The extra $25 fee to check in early. The extra $60 in other fees that I was not aware of. At $313 per room x 3 rooms, this stay was definitely not worth that kind of money. The bed and pillows were dreadful. The bed was a metal frame. I can't imagine staying here again. There are cheaper options in that area with equal amenities.

Great hotel

Liked: Modern new hotel with all the mod cons. Really liked the new smart tv. Bathroom was clean and bright and the couch and bed were really comfortable. The location in Cochrane is nice and quiet despite all the construction in the area
Disliked: Would've liked a safe in the room to lock up the laptop and other items when not around. Although to be fair I wasn't too worried with the lock on the stairwell and the general area being nice. It is the most expensive hotel in the area but you do get what you pay for
