An easy, convenient and good...

Liked: Simple and convenient stay.
Disliked: Comfort and price

Fair for money

Liked: Location was easy to find Room was well-equipped
Disliked: In the one room the bathroom in smelt of damp and it was a strong smell. The other room bathroom was fine with no issue. The curtain in one room was hanging down a bit, but still worked to keep light out

A little disappointing

Liked: Check in was quick and simple - including the arrangements for our dog.Surprisingly quiet given closeness to the M25
Disliked: Corridor carpets were very poor (dirty and stained).Room smelt of wet dog - but not from our small dog,Room carpets did not feel clean enough for us to walk around without footwear.

It was ok but not...

Liked: Room was good, comfortable,clean with good facilities, carpets were stained. The staff on the reception were nice and helpful and did their best.
Disliked: The carpets and standard of upkeep in common areas, lift, corridors all look very worn and quite grubby. There was no coffee available when I went to breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent reception staff, spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed and great value for money. Location is great for those travelling from Newhaven ferry and travelling north if you need a stopover. Whilst the hotel has it's own restaurant services, Cobham Services also has a selection of eating places and there's an M & S should you need to pick things up before you head home.

Budget motorway stay with good...

Liked: Easily accessible, good position.
Disliked: Good for the price, but prices have been going up since I started using.

Liked: Staff were pleasant food was good and room was comfortable
Disliked: Not sure how much it cost me I thought the room was £68 but we have been charged .much more I had the food deal but the bill seems to have come to much more
