Disliked: The ac unit in the room literally surged and lit the room lights upThe heat we couldn’t get off made the room where you couldn’t breathe.But the absolute worst was the breakfastSausage biscuits were still frozen and had mold on the inside of the buns that was Saturday Sunday the coffee had grounds all in it.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the facility.
Disliked: I didn't like that on more than 1 occasion I had to wait 20 minutes for staff to get back to the desk. The first time was because my room key stopped working and I had to wait an extra 30 to get into my room.

Liked: The Manager was great... he arranged to get me some dinner as my cards has a problem with the payment.. i am appreciate his efforts..
Disliked: The place needs to have a small cafe/vending machine for some snacks.

Liked: Staff was friendly; for example, got us oatmeal packets for breakfast the night before when we had to check out early before it was served. The beds were comfortable. Location is excellent, near airport. 24/7 coffee.
Disliked: Facility badly in need of updating.I called ahead to find out about the shuttle service. When we called, no one answered, because the person handling the desk was actually picking someone up -- probably someone on the same flight as we who called sooner. The phone might have forwarded to a mobile.After numerous attempts, we called a Lyft.Breakfast was ok. Oatmeal packets, yogurts, fried eggs, pastries.
