Liked: The staff were so friendly and attentive, we couldn't get our heater to work, told reception, she sorted it immediately, lovely warm room.
Disliked: Nothing, all excellent.

Liked: room was spacious. huge bed. nice to have tea coffee and shampoo and conditioner in the room
Disliked: No room service even thought the bedroom menu says so.staff and chef arguing with a customer in the restaurant regarding their order! Slow service. food was nice thoughrestaurant so dingy and music much too loud.

Liked: I was cekin very late at night, and a staff still waiting there. Free big space parking. Have a lift...

Don’t stay here

Liked: I complained about the facility and the noise which the noise which was going on during the night somebody screaming like The being murdered. I explained to the guy in reception that I had a very good steep he said to me I should’ve found there was no phone in the room so how should I phone? I never had No number. I did come down to reception and there was nobody there seemed like everybody was asleep.
Disliked: Nothing
