Liked: It was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. They paid for Lyft from the airport
Disliked: It seemed like they were skimping on some things. The room had a fridge but no microwave. The shampoo was tiny. There was no lotion which usually comes with a room. There was on tiny bar of soap to be used for bathing and hand washing. We were able to get more when we asked

Liked: Clean. Good location for Universal Studios. Gated parking. Close to lots of things. Staff was helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that had good food.
Disliked: No where to put your stuff in the shower. No microwave in the rooms. Pillows could be a little more comfy. They were a little too firm.
