Disliked: No TV remote; telephone to call reception didn't work; light fitting right over bed hanging off.

Disliked: The first room we were put in was very noisy, when I asked to change the room, it seemed like it was a big deal, as if I were making trouble. I felt embarrassed to even have to ask! Eventually we got a quieter room, but it should have been immediately without having to explain why! Ruined the night, I will not be using Ramada again.The coffee machine for breakfast was not working, when I akse for a coffee the person said that would be extra! Then he realised the coffee machine was broken! All very poor service, plus the food was warm, not hot.

Fine for a motorway stop...

Liked: Great location just off motorway in the services area, yet still quiet and peaceful nights sleep.
Disliked: Car parking full and spaces narrow; needs less foliage and more lighting as felt unsafe.

Too expensive for what you...

Disliked: Room looking a bit tired and carpet a bit shabby, stains, etc. Room was like a furnace. Wasn’t able to control the temperature due to location of the heater. We had to have a fan going all night to try and cool down, as we couldn’t have the windows open due to noise. The bathroom light was flickering all the time when we first arrived and eventually gave up right in the middle of the night so needed to use a mobile phone for light to have a shower! Had to park in the lorry park as no availability near the hotel.

Liked: Spacious room, comfy bed and pillows and no noise from the garages nearby
Disliked: shower could do with a good scrub and towels & bathmat with wear & tear should be replaced.
