Disliked: Few marks on bed linen and curtains... Bed side Lights hanging from sockets and large lamp didn't work... And milk was out of date... Needs a bit of a spruce up too... But as I stayed only one night.. it did the job.

Disliked: The hotel are now charging £5 parking fee for Booking.com reservations, which I wasn't aware of until I was checking in & asked to pay for parking.

Simple, but clean., quiet, warm...

Liked: I was expecting very basic to be honest. It was simple, but clean, warm and comfortable bed and clean bathroom with an excellent shower, much appreciated after an 18 mile walk and facing similar the following day. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was worried it would be loud but the room was well insulated. All in all, pleasantly surprised and good value.
Disliked: Basic, no frills but as expected.
