overall good, shame about the...

Liked: room was very nice and clean - expectations were exceeded for the price point.
Disliked: I was charged twice to bring my dog, I was asked to pay £20 at check-in, which i did in cash, and my card was debited after I had left for the room and my dog for the second time,
