Ramada by Wyndham Boston, Dorchester

The staff was incredibly rude to both myself and my husband. They were not helpful when asked questions about our room. The room itself was disgusting. There was hair in the shower, making it clear that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Oh and we woke up the morning of our check out to find ants in the bed. We will never be going back there again.

Liked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff was nice but not very helpful
Disliked: I am disabled and could only use the elevator which was very hard to access with a mobility scooter. Once on the second floor maintanence was painting and I couldn't exit the elevator. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for a new room. There was little to no communication and in the morning I needed the shuttle to the airport and the gentleman almost didn't help me with my scooter. The front desk when I called and confirmed the location after I booked online should have been more forthcoming with the difficulties I would have with my scooter. At that even seeing me that night after I arrived and with it should have mentioned the difficulties I would have. Every hallway had a glass door at each entrance which was difficult to try and open with the scooter. I feel they are not quite ADA compliant. Elevvator was difficult to access and glass doors to each hallway did not have a push button to open/close

100% unsatisfied and now broke.

Disliked: Our door didn’t lock or shut properly, there was no hot water in the room. I was also charged $200 extra for a room that was supposed to be $93 , with tax $107.10. The $100 security deposit was expected, but I was then charged an additional $100 the next morning for an authorization fee. In total $307.10, and I won’t get that money back for 5 business days. Today is sunday. I was completely screwed over.
