We only stayed there one night - it was great just to go and sleep. People at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We didn't have any problems. Everything was great and we had a good room with a balcony facing the pool. :)

Liked: It was easy to get around - we were coming from the Austin360 Amphitheater and I think it was literally 10 minutes away.
Disliked: Nothing really, it was just a little humid in the room and it smelled a little weird, like old.

Liked: The politeness of the staff. I only stay because it was too late to cancel. My room smelled like cat piss. I had six nights booked there and canceled a 6pm the rest of my stay.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

Liked: Nothing from checking in online to "speed up process" was a joke had to write all info down and copy licence again there. Gentleman who checked us in was RUDE and would not listen to me and double charged me without looking up that I paid online with booking.com.
Disliked: Cynthia day manager was the only person that was nice and helpful.
