Disliked: Poor maintenance Faulty door locks - they finally got a room with a lock that worked after 2 others failed, fridge not cooling, shower handle falling off. Staff saying there was breakfast - there was noneBooking.com saying there was breakfast also - there was none

It was very unsatisfying in...

Liked: Well, I liked the view out of the window and there was a nice bathroom with shampoo and body wash we forgot. I also liked how there was a fridge.
Disliked: The payment process through third party companies, the hotel is still trying to charge me through the roof. Telling me my payment didn't go through when it's clearly showing on my bank statement. Trying to charge me double the price I've already paid. I have gotten multiple messages from my bank with various amounts ranging from $111 to $337.19. Getting a hold of the company directly was nearly impossible. When I called the hotel trying to explain they told me to call an 800 number they gave me. When I called the 800 number the hotel gave me, the representative gave me another 800 number to call. Basically saying it's not their duty to help me and gave me another number bringing me to a ring around that ended back at the beginning. Telling me I need to bring this up with the hotel I stayed in, all while continuing to try charge my card for something I already paid for.

Very loud hotel.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The bagged breakfast was interesting. There were several good items, and then 4 pieces of bread. It was very weird.

Horrible experience.

Liked: I liked how clean the room was and the space for one person.
Disliked: Sketchy location, breakfast was “included” in the booking but they never opened and they just gave me a bar and a juice, too long check-in for two people in the front, too much noise in other rooms and reception didn’t put order at 2am nearly everyday.

Poor

Disliked: Plumbed in heater was noisy and blew the fuse the last night so no heat. Water pressure was good but not hot.
