Bad

Liked: No, I don’t like at all.
Disliked: Beginning when I check in , 1 room couldn’t lock , I did asked staff to help but not really help me , when I get 2nd room , the room couldn’t close and staff try to close it. And so difficult to close . That’s not good , I did asked him to change my room . He don’t wanna change and have bad manner with me when I am complaining to him . He staring to raise his voice to me . When I staff upset and tell him, you are staff you shouldn’t show this manner to me and he said sorry and his manner can accept when you work at hospitality job. I don’t want to complain but it’s too much for me For the room ,Toilet broken !!!!could flushed water , I have to open top every time to use my hand to clover water until water up to top and can flushNo face napkin!!!Air conditioning very loud, I couldn’t sleep.Bed sheet !!! Dirty Tower some of them have black dirty on it. Only few can use.Ps. I didn’t report this because I don’t wanna talk to same staff. And I feeling not really secure when I am always alone in my room.

Inexpensive place to stay but...

Liked: Breakfast was alright. Towels were fluffy and toiletries were nice.
Disliked: I complained for 3 days that my shower was not working properly, they promised to repair it but did not. The heating and air conditioning unit did not keep the room at a constant temperature. It was either way too hot or way too cold. The plug ins in the lamp did not securely keep my sleep apnea machine working, they were way too loose and you c ould not access the plug in behind the bed,

Not a great experience

Disliked: There were Bums everywhere and begging for stuff in the parking lot and by the front door. The room had a busted door plate like someone tried to kick the door in. The floor was sticky. The room was gross and didn't look like the pictures online.

Then they kept my $100...

Liked: There was not any breakfast, even the water machine in the hot water machine was out of order. They had Teabags and coffee but no water for it! I asked the lady behind the desk if there’s anywhere else get hot water and she said I have no idea.
Disliked: My room was filthy, there was hair all over the floor, there was no lock on the window and I was on the ground floor. The first room that they gave me was on the second floor and somebody had broken the door lock on that and stuff lock hole so that the door didn’t even close and someone was obviously staying in there when they were not supposed to. Definitely a hotspot for drugs, constant foot traffic all night with some scary people.
