Ramada by Wyndham Allentown/Bethlehem, Whitehall

Was definitely just a place to lay our heads for the night. Was close to PPL, the concert venue which made it very convenient. Our TV didn't work but we weren't there to watch TV. The employees were friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent. Wouldn't stay for any length of time but worked for what I needed it for and cost was reasonable.

Liked: Close to PPL.
Disliked: Very dated and not very clean.

Liked: The rooms are spacious and accommodating.
Disliked: I don't like the fact that the housekeeper came into your room when you left but wouldn't come into your room while you were there. Very sneaky. I also did not like the fact that they were trying to charge my credit card repeatedly because the credit card company did not submit the funds to their facility. The hotel should have followed up with the credit card company not continue to try to charge my card more than a dozen times and all different costs and fees. Very sneaky

All in all, a good...

Liked: Comfortable, clean room. Nice bathroom and a good AC/Heat unit. Also liked having a refrigerator and microwave available. Staff were courteous and helpful. Although I only have coffee in the morning, it was nice having the breakfast available.
Disliked: Parking lot was being seal-coated, so could not park near my room. Had trouble finding the hotel because it's not visible from the main road. After several passes, finally saw a Ramada sign. The signage needs to be improved also along the road to hotel.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice staff and breakfast was ok
Disliked: My room was cancelled before my arrival. I had to reserve and pay for my room. It was resolved a few days later buy refunding my money. Also the tub was clogged with hair.
