It was okay.

Liked: The swimming pool
Disliked: It was not clean, there was no sheets on the beds, the staff were rude when needing towels. The front desk told us we had to request more towels so we did and still never got any. The carpet was disgusting. The bed was made up.

Disliked: Room was still I guess being renovated. The refrigerator was damaged outside and froze everything in it. The bathroom had cockroaches in it 02:30 in the am on the floor. The shower rod was not flush with the rod holder on the wall it made the curtain uneven causing water everywhere. There was a gel smelly thing in the heater making it smell odd like vehicle exhaust. The linen could be washed less with chemicals had little allergic reaction to it. Took benedryl to sleep

Liked: The location was a draw but became a complete letdown after arrival.
Disliked: Some not all of the staff were rude. We were originally put in a room where the heater was not working and had to be moved (we later learned this was a known issue). The key card for the first room had to be programmed multiple times. Old facility, pool was cold. Rooms were dated, and the shower was cracked. The woman in the lobby was clearly on drugs when we were having breakfast. The location felt unsafe with visible homeless people hanging around. I am totally surprised Ramada would allow its name to be associated with this property. This property, in my opinion, was in my top 5 of the worst places I've ever stayed, and I've traveled to multiple states and overseas.
