Good value ina convenient location

Liked: The breakfast was incredible. The staff were friendly. It is an older hotel in the heart of Albuquerque.

Liked: This property is not a safe place to stay. The balcony doors are either cracked or don’t lock. The pillows on the beds were not even real pillows. We checked in and an hour later decided we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. When I went to check out and explained why, the lady at the front desk was rude.

I WOULD OF RATHER SAVED...

Liked: Nothing I would of rather of slept in my car the worst customer service I have ever received and the most dirtiest and disgusting place I’ve stayed at as well

Liked: That they put us at thee very end of a hallway and on the 4th floor, I would of preferred a room on the ground floor
