Liked: Price of room, and the breakfast buffet and the pool.
Disliked: The deposits for damage that takes 14 days to return to me and 250 dollar deposit for pet. Did not realize and made me broke for my whole trip. The wall was damaged in the room, floor had stains, shower was about 100 degrees max, hot tub has no jets. The ice machine was on different floor.

Liked: The outside of the property is nice and the entrance and front desk is very nice. However once you get on the floors, it’s very unpleasant.
Disliked: Where do I start. As I was walking off the elevator to my room, there was trash on the floors all the way to my room. I took pictures of everything. Right in front of my room it looks like someone swept and then dumped it out on my doorstep. Upon entering the room I inspected the bed. I had a king with a fitted sheet that didn’t even fit the bed. The furniture is filthy dirty. I didn’t want to even place any of my belongings on them nor sit on them. The carpet is filthy dirty with stains everywhere. The wall under the sink and toilet was cracked and coming off of the wall. Later in the evening I went to use the bathroom and was greeted by a bug crawling on the counter. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the attendant there who advised I email the management. Upon coming back to my room I found a cockroach crawling on the dresser next to the tv. I have pictures of everything stated. This is completely unacceptable and I’m just shocked that this is a Wyndham property.

Something was very off...

Liked: There was a super cheap deal ($57 for the night). The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was so much wrong with this room that it was terrible in a way I'd never experienced before. Very strange things combined to make it very uncomfortable to be in. At one point my partner and I actually opted to leave the hotel in order to use the bathroom. Here's a list of weird occurrence: 1) the toilet basin didn't fill properly (stopper was broken) so it was not capable of flushing reliably 2) for reasons we could not figure out, very strong smells built up and came out of the bathroom. First it smelled like burning bread or hair, then it smelled like shrimp or sewage. There was something very off about it. There was no ventilation fan out, just a very small vent going into the restroom. We suspect the smells were coming from there. We loved around the premises and could not find any dining establishment nearby that could explain the smells. The restaurant in the courtyard was closed at the time.3) very poorly covered up large vertical slices cut into the walls by the bed with a mysterious dark red/brown stain. The lampshades were also cut or cracked vertically, with more of the same stain.4) the physical door handle was broken on the main door leading into the room. It looked like it was sheared off, I literally don't know how this is possible.
