The staff at the front desk was very friendly and outgoing. We will definitely stay at the Ramada again when we go back up for, well, anything.

Liked: Staff drove us to the airport in the courtesy van for our 6 am flight even though the van hours are later.

Clean, safe, and affordable

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was immaculate. The heater was a bit noisy but didn't keep us awake. The staff was very nice and friendly. This hotel is next to two restaurants within walking distance. I was able to complete check-in online and the whole process was seamless. Very quiet at night and didn't see any undesirables around at all. Very well kept up and definitely recommend if you're looking for clean, quiet, affordable accommodations.
Disliked: Nothing I can recommend changing except more pillows maybe...I love extra pillows!

Huge disappointment. Failed to get...

Liked: I liked that a front desk clerk the morning after we stayed said they would credit my account $50 for the horrible experience we had the night before. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened.
Disliked: Upon arriving at the airport, we called repeatedly for a hotel shuttle, but no one ever answered the phone. After 45 minutes, we hired a taxi. At the hotel, the lobby was full with unhappy guests waiting for a staff member to show up. The desk was unmanned for more than an hour.

Great location for traveling

Liked: Quick check in and everything was easy.
Disliked: People partying next door and loud noise all night from people in the parking lot and neighbors. Rough beds and pillows and toxic amenities like shampoo and soaps with loooots of bad chemicals.
