Very Disappointed in this Ramada.

Liked: Great staff
Disliked: there was no cable so no TV. I had called in the morning to request a handicap room yet I had been assigned to a regular room on 2nd floor. the staff quickly made an adjustment of rooms. no cable so no TV, no regular coffee, the room was extremely cold-took shower to warm up and water backed up into shower basin, thechain on front door was broken. During the late evening there were very loud kids and a barking dog!Parking Lot has huge potholes, too!I feel that my stay should have been totally comp'd for all the issues I experienced. I have stayed at many Ramadas and none were this bad.

Disliked: No wifi. None at all. Which was not told to us until after we were settled in our room.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The sofa was full of dog hair.The lamp and charger didn't work on the right side of the bed. No vent in the bathroom.
