Liked: I reached there on 2nd April 2025. The night auditor working there on 2nd April night was so helpful. 5 Stars for her. The entire property and all the staffs was great and the breakfast was great too. The room is really big also.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Using the Ramada is extremely decieving. This place was an absolute dump. Walls and ceiling were peeling. Electrical sockets were coming off the walls. The beds were extremely worn and you could see the sag in them as soon as you walked in the door.

Disliked: The hallways smell so bad... I can even describe the smell, a mix between poop and humidity. All furniture in the room looks very old and damaged like the dresser and end tables. They do not change the towels... our towels were dirty and even little wet. The washroom was poorly cleaned. The location is too noisy at night.

Disliked: It was not very clean … used condoms left in the room .. rust in the bathroom .. the ceiling fan in the bathroom was caked in dust and grime. Wall paper peeling. Smelled very musty. Also they put me in the wrong room.

Liked: we booked the honeymoon suite for $256 USD on march 27th. which was spendy compared to others in the area but we were willing to pay for a good experience. we walk in to check in and are greeted by a very nice woman at the desk (only good part of this experience) who tells us the jacuzzi in the room doesn’t turn off once you turn it on so we cannot use it. that was fine with us if the room was nice (we thought it would be). we get to our room and it was awful. the floor was squishy and there were dips in the floor under the carpet. the ceiling was horribly water damaged, the sprinkler was pushed into the ceiling about 1/8th of an inch. then the people in the next room spark up and start filling our room with the very pungent smell of weed while the coughed like they were going to die. we swiftly checked out and got a different hotel a few cities over

Liked: This was the worst stay possible! People living Yes Living in Motel not Hotel kept us up all night slamming doors talking in hallway! Did not sleep at all had to be at airport at 4am!! If you are having Government contract for people to live there at least put your paying guest in another part of building! No elevator to second floor or any food options. Would never recommend this hotel for a family travelling with children. There were people doing things in parking lot that should not be in a family hotel! Not happy and feel we should get credit or reimbursed by Booking.com. Not sure if they are aware that a Ramada that is advertised is a halfway house
Disliked: Did not like anything about this property no elevator, no sleep as people were living in the hotel and treated it like a crack house! To have a well know name like Ramada is deceiving! I would like an apology for having to subject my grand daughters to this surroundings! Good luck on your Reno
