Disliked: Review Title: One of the Worst Hotel ExperiencesOnce I entered my room, I was shocked at the poor condition. The room had a musty smell that was overwhelming, and the carpet looked old and stained, with visible spots on the bedding. There was no room service, and the ventilation was inadequate. The AC clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years, as we could feel the heavy, unpleasant air. The room lacked basic necessities like water, and the coffee machine was full of dust and unusable.The breakfast options were also disappointing—very limited choices, and what was available seemed stale and unappealing.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in recent years. The lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and poorly maintained facilities all contributed to a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable hotel experience.

Staff ruined the stay

Disliked: Staff was never at front desk, always had a "Be back in 15mins" sign but never returned when they said they would. We waited for a long time just for front desk personnel. Once we finally got a hold of someone, they were rude and were talking personal calls from friends while helping us check in.
