Liked: Blown away by Ralph's. The decor is gorgeous and so warm and cosy. I had the best nights sleep in such a comfortable bed and the breakfast was superb. We will deffinately return!

Disliked: My only gripe I paid extra to upgrade and think I got the room I originally paid for. The edge of the floor of shower is really sharp, I cut my foot on it, you maybe need to put something on it to sop it happening to people with it being so close to toilet.
