Liked: Saltmoore was a lovely environment only down side was we wasn’t aware you had to book the loungers in the spa so had to sit on some chairs for a hour.

Liked: Location and Rooms with balcony and the staff on reception
Disliked: Spa very little service from staff while using the pool area.Service at dinner was slow took a while for drinks and food.

Could do better and not...

Liked: Food was delicious, Katie in the restaurant an asset to the hotel , our second bedroom was very spacious and comfortable Facial at the Spa very good
Disliked: First room 106 small and noisy due to kitchen fan below Service in the evening at the restaurant haphazard , lacking leadership , choices not available and we had to wait for drinks despite very few customers Little atmosphere in the hotelBeige carpet on the stairs and in the hallway already getting stained

Beautiful hotel with lots of...

Liked: Beautifully decorated & lovely location
Disliked: Not quite finished, I think the hotel will be spot on in a few months but with it just newly opening there is still a few finishing touches needed.

Disliked: £45 per person to use the swimming pool or free if you book through the hotel website.
