Won’t be going back

Liked: Only good thing was location. We have stayed here before and never had an issue. This time the tv was broken and when we asked about it we got told there was a problem with the cable. They brought another tv and it worked no problem. Also the guy at the front desk flat out lied to the person in front of us. When she asked about parking fee of $20 per night he said most other places charge $80-100 and that they are the cheapest. Complete lie, I’ve stayed in other hotels in the falls for 10-15 and some are free.

Disliked: I just want to tell ,,,,, i booked 3 rooms for my group, so i went to pick up my room keys i was surprise when i saw their reception it was very very dirty i never ever saw like that office in my entire life.and my group members was shocked and disappointed about rooms.please just organize your office because anyone else comes in to your property before check in there are coming to your office

Disliked: Paying for on property parking, If I'm staying at the motel as a guest, why am i paying for parking also?
