Disliked: It Was dirty .people drinking below who looked like they were permanently staying there . Shared bathroom and toilets did not have a lock on the door. Window in room couldn’t lock . Will not stay there again

Liked: The room we had initially booked (online) was unsatisfactory for our situation. However our host offered another unit in the complex (for an additional cost that we were happy to pay, as it better suited our needs.) The woman who was on Reception was very polite, although spoke with a very thick Asian accent, that was barely understandable, However full credit to her for taking on a business in NZ - Hopefully her spoken english will improve with more practice.
Disliked: The bed had a mattress that was firmer than most and the bathroom plumbing was very noisy!
