Really enjoyed my stay here,...

Liked: Good location and easy to find. Staff where super friendly, lobby and bar area where really nice and the bed was SUPER comfy!

Fair but not complete!

Liked: In general, it was fine for the price expected more. Too expensive! Meals needed to be included! Facility is old and not welcoming! Beds some how uncomfortable!
Disliked: Already said! front desk not welcoming

Liked: Polite staff. Volunteered early check-in. Good food in the restaurant.
Disliked: My wife and I stayed on the 14th of October in a suite. The room was not up to par. My wife and I wanted to relax in our room all afternoon. When my wife took a shower, the shower door did not seal and water flooded the bathroom and master bedroom. I tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working. I went downstairs and asked them to clean up the water. I also asked them to repair the shower after we left the next day so they would not bother us anymore. It took almost 2 hours and another trip to the front desk to get it cleaned. The maintenance guy showed up to fix it. He spent another 1.5-2 hours hammering and working to try to fix it. After all that, when I showered, it was better, but it was still flooding the back of the toilet area, so we, the guests, had to clean it up. Completely unsatisfactory. Also, I asked for the phone to be repaired so I could call room service and they couldn't fix it either. The staff was very polite and respectful, however concerning our complaints about the room we were given a card and told to email, which we did. We have received no reply after 4 days.Save yourself and stay a couple of blocks away at the Marriott. It's much nicer for about the same cost.
