Liked: The location is excellent, and the staff are really lovely. Room was cleaned every day, supplied with fresh towels, heating was on, which I was worried about because our trip was in January. It was warm, quiet, and clean. Perfect for what we needed. Thumbs up. 👍
Disliked: It would be nice to have the kettle in the room for some quick-fix coffee in the morning and tea before bed.

Disliked: We had a deal for baby cot. We didn't got baby cot in room.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It offers great value for the money, with a perfect location just a short walk from Roma Termini station. Being so close to the station made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and exploring major attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay at an affordable price!
Disliked: Having one-night stay at this hotel, it completely met my expectations.

Liked: We received a message from Raeli hotel (in Italian) with somewhat minimal notice saying our rooms are not available, however they did organise us a room at their sister hotel (Siracusa hotel) without having to ask. Siracusa was lovely and not far away from Raeli so we had no complaints. Staff at Raeli were pleasant and apologetic. My review is based on our experience with Raeli, although not a lot of time was spent with them.
