Liked: My parents were forced to pay in cash at the reception, despite having made a reservation with a credit card through Booking.com. Staff at the reception is lazy and incompetent. The hotel itself is shabby and outdated. I do not recommend it.

Disliked: For a 4 Star Hotel breakfast could have offered more choice. And would have preferred that hot drinks were not served by the machine in the breakfast room.
