Good value, friendly and location

Liked: The staff were very helpful and even made dinner reservations and a little surprise for us at dinner. They were friendly and happy to help with any questions The continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of options, even for my gf diet.
Disliked: Our room was very small however it did its purpose for two nights in Rome.

Location A+ Everything else D-

Liked: Vicinity.
Disliked: No WiFi available throughout the hotel although it says you are logged in, no reception at all.Old and dated. Just someplace to rest your head if coming into Rome by train.

Disliked: Wifi was not avaiable at room, I could use it only at lobby. Fridge didn't work.

Clean small room close to...

Liked: Location close to Rome Termini Station. Small but clean room and private bathroom.
Disliked: No tea/ coffe making in room. Only had a fridge. Breakfast limited with tea/coffee from dispenser machine (horrible).
