Liked: I liked the room and how spacious it was
Disliked: I did not like how when I got to the property the front desk charged me an amount saying that I did not make a payment when I did already pay for my booking but it was not updated on their end which is fine but then I showed the front desk I already paid and they then said that my payment would be on hold and reversed back to me within 5 business days and when I looked they only reversed back the damage deposit and not the whole amount they charged me extra for and when I called them to get it checked, they hung up on me.
