Liked: Awesome views!!! We weren’t able to use the balcony due to maintenance but the floor to ceiling windows made up for it. Beautiful hotel.

Disliked: Balconies closed due to renovations and the water in the sink got nice and hot but the shower was nowhere near warm.

Disliked: You could not use your balcony to enjoy the view. They are condemned.

Not worth it!

Liked: Location was great, clean towels and staff was kind.
Disliked: There was a lot not to like. The room was beat down and looked like it needed rennovation. Facility definitely need updating and had the feel of an old run down property. Rusting on the wall, dirty in the corners, peeling and cracking paint. Even the mirror in the bathroom was stripping/peeling.The balconies are condemed by the city due to rusting and deemed unsafe, so no acceass. The pool was closed, and none of this was disclosed before I booked. I am surprise that they are a branded hotel. Unless they spend the cap-ex needed to update the hotel, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: There is nothing to like about this property
Disliked: No breakfast, no outdoor pool, the balconies can not be used, the sliding glass doors don’t even open

Liked: The location is very good, directly on the beach.
Disliked: No possibility of breakfast (even if in the booking process it was supposed to be available at 5$ per person). The room balconies are not accessible and the windows cannot be opened. The beach is currently not directly accessible from the hotel, but going outside and around the hotel.
