Liked: The property was fine but they didn’t offer coffee in the lobby they had the little coffee pot in the room but they need to upgrade to pod like Keurig if they don’t have coffee in the lobby area.
Disliked: It was under going renovations after they get that finished it will be a great stay. The staff was super nice.

Liked: I was not informed until check in that the balcony were all condemned and the doors literally screwed shut. We paid a lot of money for the room and did not even get to hear the waves because we could not open the door even an inch. The room was warm too and we lowered the air conditioning but it barely made a difference

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful and kind. I give them a 10/10.
Disliked: The cleanliness could have been better, there were stains on the sheets and the floor was dirty. Also everything was closed which took away from the hotel experience.

Disliked: We couldn't use our balcony due to them all being condemned or we couldn't use the pool for the same reason. And I didn't get notified about this until the day before arriving and past my free cancelation date. Not sure if it was booking.com or the raddisons doings.

Liked: The location is wonderful with unobstructed ocean views.
Disliked: We stayed 21/22 Feb 2025. Booking.com warns that the pool and balconies are closed for “refurbishment”, but doesn’t mention that the balconies are condemned by the municipality, with signs on every door and window. The rooms have stone floors with no soft coverings and this creates a rather austere feel. I’ve honestly stayed in budget motels that are more comfortable.

Liked: The staff are friendly and accommodating. The view was great!
Disliked: The only negative was we had a King suite with a balcony we couldn't use. I feel like the price should be cheaper or discounted if you can't use what you pay for. They do give you the disclaimer when booking that the balcony can't be used, however, you can't open the sliding door either.

Too short, but sweet.

Liked: The property was beautiful, although the balconies we unavailable due to construction. I liked that the front desk communicated with me through text. The suite was spacious. I wish there was a microwave, but overall a nice stay.
