Good

Liked: Looking out the view was great, a beachfront view.
Disliked: The balcony was condemend, the doors were screwed shut and there were cautions on the doors to the balcony. The weather was very cool so it didn't bother me as much as it would have if the weather was nicer. It did make me feel uneasy wondering how much of a safety issue this was for the property. I asked when checking out if all the balconies were condemed and I was told yes, they were.

Disliked: no balcony access, no pool, and the onsite restaurant had limited hours. they were under-going MAJOR reservations

Okay for one night.

Liked: Location is amazing.
Disliked: The renovations are taking way too long. Stayed here last year and balcony was off limits then as well. This time no pool, no beach access, and again no balcony. They said the rates reflect this but the rates have remained constant. They did offer to delete my resort fee but still, better options along the beach for the same cost.

Disappointed

Liked: The hotel rooms all have exceptional views. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There are no views of the ocean from the hotel except for the rooms. We received several notices that said the pool and balconies were closed but the messages followed by saying breathtaking views from the entire hotel. We were early and couldn’t get to our room. The hotel bar is in a small room with no view or atmosphere. No place to eat. You would need to leave to hotel to see the ocean if you waiting for a room. Probably better options to stay.

Liked: The location is excellent! Close to lots of things.
Disliked: We knew ahead of time that work was being done on the property.

Enjoyed a quick getaway right...

Liked: The location of the property on the beach is excellent
Disliked: The balcony and the pool were not available for use. But we were informed about the renovations before booking our room.
