Disliked: Very loud pool music. Music stated way too early. Staff was excellent. With the brick sidewalks was very noisy when people pull their luggage.

Liked: Didn't have the breakfast. Did eat at the flamingo and it was good
Disliked: There was a housekeeping lady that was extremely rude to both me and my wife

Liked: Front desk employees was great and the maintenance man was great. Also, that helped us fix our shower that was leaking.
Disliked: I do know they’re remodeling, but it’s still very rundown and a lot of things didn’t work properlyBlack the washing machine in the laundry room, the door going into the laundry room the entry door into our room would get stuck on the door would not open all the way the shower was leaking really bad but we had a great maintenance man and he fixed it for us with a new showerhead The sink was leaking. We had set some stuff on top of the sink and it leaked down them when the water was turned down.

Nice resort

Liked: Shuttle to the cruise port and secured parking. Also the resort is doing a major room renovation!
Disliked: Not enough chairs by the pool. Also, it would be great if they had a small gift shop on site!
