Liked: The staff was amazing, not just helpful at every step but also concerned that everything in our stay was great, even beyond the hotel. Wonderful people.

A pleasant and comfortable stay...

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. Everything went smoothly, and nothing really bothered us. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping tidied them up every day. Nice views from the rooftop bar! Close enough to metro and bus stations, under 10 mins of walk.
Disliked: Nothing major really, but a few things worth mentioning: At breakfast, some buffet items ran out and were not refilled. Since we stayed for several days, this wasn’t a big issue for us. However, the allergen information was not clearly marked. For example, scrambled eggs usually contain milk, but this wasn’t indicated on the sign. As someone who avoids dairy, I would have appreciated clearer labeling. Fortunately, I know what I can eat, so it wasn’t a big problem, but for someone more sensitive, it could be!Also, the soundproofing could be improved, we could hear footsteps from the room above/next door quite clearly. But we slept well, so not an issue really.

Liked: Beautiful modern hotel! Rooftop bar was a treat to sit and relax with a nice cocktail!
Disliked: Nothing really. Maybe could be more central but the train was only 10 mins into the centre.
