Don’t think I would stay...

Liked: The first floor was the only thing appealing about this place. And I only speak of the visuals.
Disliked: Nowhere else in the hotel looks like the lobby of the first floor. It’s outdated and impractical.The “restaurant”, if you even want to call it that, clearly serves microwave ready food and charges an arm and a leg for it. We went down for breakfast t and like most hotels, there was a bar with fruit, yogurt, cereal, bananas, mini muffins, milk, and juice. You know, all the complimentary stuff. Nope, not here. Those things were only complimentary if you ORDERED breakfast from their “kitchen” and the price per person was $15 before tax. We paid $19.50 a person to have powdered eggs, microwave bacon, and microwaved potatoes. That was it. We were offered a TINY cup of juice to wash it down with. I bought a bag of ranch Doritos also that morning and they were extremely stale. Dinner cost is $60 for 12 chicken wings. Upon arrival the room was dirty. There was a white substance all over the dinner table and grease/condiment smears all over it as well. Don’t even get me started on the shower. Only half of it had a door and it was useless. There are two shower heads and only one worked.When inquiring about a shuttle from our hotel to the cruise terminal that was 2 miles away, we were told the shuttle doesn’t operate during the week unless at least four people need a ride and that it would be $15 a person to ride. Keep in mind, the shuttle picked us up from the airport on a Wednesday night. He put us on a waitlist and told us to check back in the morning to see if anyone else needed the services and if we were able to get a ride to the terminal. I called an Uber and it was $9.14.

I'll Be Back, Again!

Liked: I've been staying at this hotel since it opened several years ago. Great place to stay for the price. Rooms are open and airy. No carpet on the floors to hold odors. No cloth padding around the beds to attract bedbugs. Convenient shuttles to the cruise terminals and the airport.
Disliked: Needs better pillows and a better restaurant.
