ive use it alot and...

Liked: location
Disliked: the new check in desks are rubbish only ine person and all the self check in dont work hence queue was huge and i was in a rush

Excellent hotel and perfect location...

Liked: well appointed room, high-quality bedexcellent buffet breakfast, good value for moneyswimming pool and saunaproximity to LHR Terminal 2
Disliked: AC returned to a low temperature setting (19degC) when leaving room with key,this made for a frisky welcome feeling in the room when arriving from outside (fall season).It'd be nice that temperature can be kept at setting, and would suggest staff turns up heating a bit before scheduled arrival time of guests.
