Great for early morning flights...

Liked: The room was large, very nicely decorated and considering how noisy it was outside with planes flying over every minute it was very quiet! Very close to the airport and made for easy onward travel.
Disliked: The staff were not friendly or welcoming, the online check in failed and I needed help which was very reluctantly given almost bordering on rude. It was the same at the bar in the evening, the drinks were also incredibly expensive. We had to park on double yellow lines in the car park as it was overflowing with lots of other cars doing the same, we didn't get a ticket but were very concerned we might despite the £18 parking fee.

Liked: The reception area, lounges, restaurant, and room were all packed exceptional! Well lit, easy access with rolling suitcase, close to Heathrow, so well appointed!
Disliked: Nothing! My stay was great!

Great airport hotel with lovely...

Liked: On hoppa bus route to T5 , swimming pool lovely, beds comfy and staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Car park full, only a couple of awkward spaces left and they were right around the back, along way to walk with bags etc.

No sleep.

Liked: Room size was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Unbelievably noisy, poor sound insulation doors banging all night. I didn’t sleep.

Liked: Room was stunning. Beautifully decorated. Bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The room was cold and the highest setting was still pumping out cold air. The restaurant on site was very expensive. We didn’t want to lose our car parking spot so we didn’t have a choice but to eat there so had to pay it.
