Good airport hotel but needs...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room had a lot of dust and wash basin got clogged very early .

Okay stay

Liked: 10min Walking distance to the Terminal via a covered walkway. Hotel is in good shape, room was spacious and clean
Disliked: I waited a total of 45 minutes to be checked in with 5 parties ahead of me; my personal check in time was a hand stopped 14 minutes and 50 seconds. Standard booking, single room, nothing special. I have no idea what in the world took them this long, but since this has been mentioned in other comments I don’t think it was a one off IT issue. The ladies at the desk were lovely, that’s not the issue here.

Great location but pricey extras

Liked: The modern style, the ambience, and the room size. Most of all - the short distance to the airport. Perfect location for an overnight stop between flights. Great selection for breakfast.
Disliked: The extra costs at this hotel are disappointing. We had breakfast included within our booking. We mentioned we had an early flight in the morning so asked if we would still be able to have breakfast before we left. The receptionist told us it was served from 5am but there was an option for them to put together a takeaway breakfast too. We decided that that might be better. She then told us we would have to pay the price for breakfast again, each, for that. Double the price for a takeaway breakfast - silly money! We declined and had breakfast at the hotel before we left. We also considered getting room service but on top of a suggested tip, the delivery charge was 100 kr.
