Great comfortable room in top...

Liked: Great location opposite St George’s Hall ( and Christmas market). The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel with lovely linen. Great room facilities with free coffee machine.

Great location and extremely comfortable...

Liked: Central to Liverpool and obviously great if travelling by train. Newly refurbished in a great old building. Check-in smooth and staff available to help and were very helpful.
Disliked: Not a huge fan of the modern decor tho’ it did make an impact.

Liked: Very clean , organised and had everything we needed . Good coffee machine too
Disliked: Only decaffeinated coffee pods available in the room . Room was in the roof with tiny windows so couldn’t see out , quite dark , sloping ceiling was challenging for us to sit up in bed Single beds in all rooms? Prefer an option of a double Very busy location but good for train station
