Very disappointed as I’ve stayed...

Liked: Very close to the hydro
Disliked: Drinks very over priced. Gad a meal booked in restaurant and not everything we ordered arrived at our table. Had a table booked at the roof top bar also and I miss read my booking I thought it was booked for 16:30 but turns out it was for 16:00. The lady at the door made no effort at all to see if there was a space as it was a genuine mistake, instead she point blank refused to let us in

Liked: Great location, bright, clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Service in restaurant wasn’t great. Long wait for drinks to be served, plates not cleared, had to ask for bill & then to pay.

Liked: Location was the hotels beat asset
Disliked: Bar is only open 4pm untill 12pm.. sky bar is always full to outside partys.and u can only get so many units to your room drink wise absolute joke in this day and age

Everything was perfect but breakfast...

Liked: The bed was so comfortable , staff were great and very friendly , rooms were amazing
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t the best , food was cold and not much at the time we were there this morning , more must have been coming out but we must have missed it

Excellent Stay

Liked: Booked this as a surprise for my son and his girlfriend on his 21st. They had an amazing time. It was their first time and he said the place was so cool, they loved it and will definitely be back. I had notified when booking it was his 21st and the hotel kindly left him a card and complimentary beers and cans of cocktail. Really appreciated that. We joined them for drinks in the sky bar in the evening. Was a lovely relaxed vibe.
Disliked: Can’t complain about anything.
