The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to the Kalamazoo State Theater.

Liked: It was ok we upgraded to where we could use the lounge but it was never staffed so we couldn't really use

Liked: The hallways on the floors were mot vacuumed daily. I had cherrios outside my door for 2 days. They were not mine. Although the rooms are not cleaned daily, someone should at least straighten the room and replace coffee cups without having to call for service.

Liked: The ice machine made noise in our room every time it need3d to add water, this should not vibrate through the wall, go listen and see if you would accept that?

Liked: Great location. Real Starbucks in the hotel and hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking garage. Wasn’t aware there was valet the hotel emailed where to park ourselves.

Liked: The entire experience was beyond expectations. There is not one thing we have negative to say. As a family who travels and has experience with hotel stays this was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. We could not get over the amenities as well as the professionalism. Our son still can’t get over the food at the hotel restaurant!
