The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to the Kalamazoo State Theater.

Liked: I would have preferred daily housekeeping. There was some outside noise, (mechanical) all day long.

Liked: Room did not smell and mattress was nice. Pillows were hard.
Disliked: We were put in a handicap room. We did not request one. It was difficult to work around handicap devices. A regular room would have made our stay nicer.

Liked: First I loved how hospitable all of the the staff were. I was there for a conference. From the moment I entered and went to the front desk all the way until I left and checked out, I really enjoyed my stay. I loved how easy the checkout process was as well. You can check out via text so you don't have to wait in a long line. The hotel is very clean. Whatever I needed they gave me and they will quick to address any concerns I may have had. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will come again and I highly recommend this place. And believe me, I'm very picky as to where I stay.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the guests in the room beside us were extremely loud after 12:00pm. I didn’t get any sleep! Ugh
