Liked: Rooms were fine. Close to airport for connecting flights.
Disliked: Took close to an hour just to check in. I had about 10 people ahead of me. Defeats the purpose of staying close to the airport. Everyone in line could not believe the inefficiency. Staff was defensive when clients started asking about the inexplicable delay.
