Lovely accomodation.

Liked: Lovely spacious well appointed rooms. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Hand basin would not hold water. TV malfunctioned several times.

A really great location and...

Liked: The location was fantastic very central, right next to Queen Victoria market and free tram! The staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast had a good selection. The twin room is nice and bathroom a good size
Disliked: The twin room is a little on the smaller side but still comfortable

Great place to stay.

Liked: Perfect place to stay after a long flight. It is very comfortable and totally soundproof. The gardens opposite are lovely pre-breakfast! It is also very central and the staff are friendly.

Liked: The food in the restaurant was excellent. The reception staff when we checked out were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: One bar staff member was unsmiling and generally not very welcoming. We decided not to eat in the restaurant that night because we did not feel welcome. The next night there were other staff who were lovely and we had an amazing meal.
