good location and staff but...

Disliked: we didn’t get informed that the spa was closed also the bed was extremely uncomfortable

Liked: It's a reliable hotel and I like that it has 24 hour service. The rooms are standard but they are big rooms which are clean. Great location and staff are lovely. Gotta love all the channels on Foxtel too.

A convenient location and comfortable...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but expensive if not included in a package deal. The location is great and suited our purposes for this trip.Plenty of bottled water was available in the room.
Disliked: The bathroom was clean but showing its age and in need of a spruce up.
