Liked: Dinner was delish and very friendlyhelpful staff
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit expensive and couldnt get a decent coffee included in that cost

Won’t be staying again the...

Liked: Nothing this time and we normally stay here twice a year
Disliked: The restaurant is now not open between lunch and dinner.Also the breakfast has changed no omelet for breakfast any more and now you pay for your cappuccino as well. I now think that the stay is over priced and not value for money. Walked in after being out for the night staff on the desk clowning around. Breakfast staff couldn’t even get the name right on the booking.

A True Gem in Melbourne

Liked: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were what made it special, especially Mirisha on reception and the restaurant dinner servers/bar staff - true assets. Breakfast was great, as was the location and room (appreciated the free bottled water, it’s the small things that make all the difference). Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
Disliked: Honestly, couldn’t fault anything.
