Somewhat decent service and thin...

Liked: Nice view. Lobby seemed updated and clean.
Disliked: Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Room was not fully clean. Should have put all of the families on one floor that all books together so some could get some sleep.

Both elevators weren't working, showers,...

Disliked: Both elevators weren't working, showers, glasses, ice bin all very dirty. Spoke with 3 staff members our whole visit only 1 was friendly. Only 5 channels for tv, clothing laying in hallways, people sitting in hallways drinking beer, was hoping for a classy experience for the price but did not received, not worth the money.

Liked: I liked that this hotel was truly pet friendly. There was no extra fees, or agreement to sign. The staff tried to be friendly to my dogs...but my dogs are small but EXTREMELY protective so I kept them in hand. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was huge and so so comfy.
Disliked: Was disappointed that the restaurant was not open...but I had Skip the Dishes deliver food at the recommendation of hotel staff.

New hotel, dirty bathroom not...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The orange mildew on the bottom of the walk in shower is shameful for a new hotel. There are cleaners to easily remove this. Also outside the bathroom will something was wasted down the wall - impossible for cleaners not to see that. Also disappointing the restaurant isn’t open for dinner on Sunday and Monday’s. Please don’t recommend the restaurant next door - Sam’s - it was awful!
