This is my second time...

Liked: I love the beautiful view overlooking the city the bed mattress was comfortable food on restaurant was very good the pool is big
Disliked: It didn’t have a spa and Ithete is no transportation to the spa near the area which was not walking accessible

To complicated to find rooms

Liked: Very big rooms
Disliked: Jacuzzi water came out very dirty coudnt use it

No air conditioning no customer...

Liked: Liked the location. Sits on top of a hill that gives an amazing view of the city of guadalajara. Large rooms.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Called the front desk, and they said they would send maintenance to look at it. No one came. Went to the front desk in person let the. Know the air conditioner wasn't working and my kids couldn't sleep because it was so hot.. long story short, let them know 3 times within an hour and a half, and no one came. We ended up opening the sliding door to let some air in, but mosquitos started to come in. In the morning, we were all itching because we all had been bitten my mosquitos. Good thing we only spent one night there and moved to another hotel. When I checked out in the morning, I let the front desk know it was unacceptable what they did. They didn't even respond to my complaint they just stood there.

Not at Radissons standards

Liked: First and last time, the hotel needs some serious renovations. Especially with the air conditioning system
