Liked: Nice location but beds were dirty and rooms were hot with a fan that does not cool the room down.

Liked: Location and view were great, staff was fine until Our AC wasn’t working and We couldn’t sleep comfortably.
Disliked: The AC was not working, as soon as I walked into the room I called the front desk for clarification and They told me how to turn it up. You can not choose your temperature you can only choose higher, lower or off. They said that if it was still hot to please call back. We went to swim (that was fun) came back an hour later. Still Hot. Called its 4:30 now. We stepped out because it wa so hot we couldn’t be in there anymore. We made it back around 8;30PM AND it was still not fixed. I called the front desk asked for some fans. They said they didn’t have any. Then after 5 calls (from my phone because they stopped picking up my room call.) They asked if I wanted to switch rooms. At this point it was 11PM and all I needed was some sleep since we were leaving at 3AM. I Responded, that would have been a great solution at 5PM but it’s really late and moving everything is just so inconvenient. I just need a fan and I need to be able to sleep. AT 12:30 am they brought a fan.
